The Wellness One Delivery and Installation Process

Ordering a Wellness One sauna is the beginning of a straightforward, professionally managed process. Here is what to expect from order to first session.

Step 1: Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed and the deposit received, you will receive a confirmation from the Wellness One team. Your installation date will be scheduled within the 4–6 week lead time.

Step 2: Pre-Installation Check

The Wellness One production team will contact you before installation to confirm: - Base requirements for your specific model - Electrical supply requirements - Site access requirements - Any specific configuration details (cladding, door position, heater type)

Step 3: Manufacturing

Your sauna is manufactured to order in the Wellness One production facility. Every sauna is built to your specific configuration — cladding choice, door position, heater type, and any optional modules (Connect range).

Step 4: Factory Testing and Commissioning

Every sauna is tested and commissioned in the factory before delivery. The heater is run, all electrical systems are tested, and the structure is inspected. You receive a sauna that has been proven to work before it leaves the factory.

Step 5: Delivery and On-Site Build

The sauna is delivered in sections and built on-site by the Wellness One installation team. Most installations are completed in 1–2 days. The team will: - Unload and position the sections - Assemble the structure on your prepared base - Connect the electrical supply (you provide the supply to the back of the building) - Complete all finishing work - Demonstrate operation and maintenance

Step 6: Handover

The installation team will walk you through the operation of your sauna, including heater controls, ventilation, and maintenance requirements. You will receive all documentation, including the guarantee certificate.
