Heating Up

  1. Turn on the heater using the digital controls. Set the temperature to 70–80°C for your first session.
  2. Allow 30–45 minutes for the sauna to reach temperature. The heater will indicate when the target temperature is reached.
  3. Do not enter the sauna until it has reached the target temperature.

Before You Enter

Your First Session

  1. Enter the sauna and sit on the lower bench.
  2. Spend 5–10 minutes on the lower bench. Focus on relaxing and breathing slowly.
  3. If you feel comfortable, move to the upper bench for the remaining time.
  4. Pour a small ladle of water on the heater stones to create steam (löyly). Start with a small amount.
  5. Exit the sauna after 5–10 minutes.

Between Sessions

  1. Cool down with a cold shower, fresh air, or a cold plunge if available.
  2. Rest for 5–10 minutes.
  3. Drink water.
  4. Re-enter for a second session if you wish.
