Wellness One will not advertise a lender, monthly payment, term, rate, approval process or product eligibility until the provider evidence and compliant customer information have been confirmed in writing.

What must be verified before any finance promotion appears

• Identity and regulatory status of the finance provider and any credit broker
• Products and customer categories for which an option is actually available
• Representative APR, total amount payable and a compliant representative example
• Deposit, term, eligibility, credit-check and early-settlement information
• How to apply, receive pre-contract information and raise a complaint
• Clear separation between the product quotation and any regulated credit agreement
