Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Wellness One outdoor sauna shop and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Contract formation

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you a written order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order — for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred — in which case we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

2. Prices and VAT

All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing UK rate unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time prior to order confirmation.

3. Payment

Lifestyle and Connect saunas use a staged payment plan confirmed in writing: 25% deposit on order confirmation, 25% before manufacture, 40% fourteen days before scheduled delivery, and 10% on completion and installation. No stage of manufacture or delivery proceeds until the corresponding payment has been received.

All other products require a £999 reservation deposit to confirm the order. The balance is due in full before production or manufacture commences.

4. Bespoke and made-to-order products

All products sold by Wellness One are made to order. Lead times are typically 8–10 weeks for Lifestyle and Connect, and 6–8 weeks for Therma, from order confirmation. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled except as required by law.

5. Delivery and installation

Delivery and installation are included in the price for all sauna, spa pool, swim spa and cold plunge products unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for suitable access and the required electrical supply connection point.

6–12. Risk, warranties, returns, liability, complaints and law

Risk passes on delivery; title passes on full payment. Lifestyle and Connect saunas carry a 5-year guarantee; Therma saunas a 2-year warranty; HydroChill, spa pools and swim spas a 5-year guarantee, subject to the written terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
