How buying works
Nothing happens until you've seen it drawn.
Drawn to scale, with people sitting in it, and a price in writing. You can stop any time before order. Most people take a few weeks over it. Then the rest of the journey is clear.
The seven stages
- Garden photo + brief. A photo of the spot, roughly how many people, and how you'd use it is enough to start. Call or message if that's easier. If it's a sauna and you're not sure which range, read Lifestyle, Connect or Therma.
- Drawn proposal + written price. We come back with the building drawn to scale, with people sitting in it, and a price in writing. That is the handoff before any commitment.
- Decide — no pressure. You can stop any time before order. Nothing is owed until you place one.
- Order and deposit. Amount and payment stages are confirmed in writing with your order. Manufacture does not start until the deposit is received.
- Site prep. We survey first. Base, power and access must be ready before vans arrive. See the checklist below, plus installation and electrical.
- Delivery, install and commissioning. Professional delivery, assembly and commissioning on a published three-to-five-day programme once the ground is ready. We do not hand you a pallet and wish you luck.
- Aftercare. Demonstration at handover, documentation and guarantee registration, then UK-team support when you need it.
UK site-prep checklist
Survey first. The base must be ready before vans arrive. Align with the live installation and electrical pages.
- Level base. A stable, level base sized for the selected model — confirmed at survey, not guessed from a catalogue sketch.
- Electrical. A qualified electrician working from the current product schedule for your exact configuration. Read electrical requirements.
- Access / crane. A clear route from the highway. Crane or specialist lifting only where the survey says so.
Installation is usually three to five days from the first van to the last check, as already published on installation.
Payment milestones
Amount and payment stages are confirmed in writing with your order. Manufacture does not start until the deposit is received.
