Buying an outdoor sauna is a project, not a parcel. These are the stages Wellness One uses from first conversation to handover.
- Start with your space. Who will use it, how often, and what the garden can actually take.
- Choose the range. Lifestyle, Connect or Therma — style, size and layout first.
- Shape the details. Model, heater, glazing and finishing touches, recorded against a drawing.
- Get your personalised quote. Specification, installation scope, VAT and next steps in writing.
Manufacture follows order confirmation and the agreed payment stage. Delivery and installation are then scheduled against site readiness, including base and electrical preparation.
