Lifestyle and Connect are designed and built by Wellness One in the UK. Walls, ceiling and floor are 200 mm thick with 100 mm of insulation. Thermo aspen inside, thermo-spruce outside, double-glazed throughout. It holds heat the way a building does, not the way a cabin does.
Every published price includes UK mainland delivery, installation and commissioning. Lifestyle 4 · £23,400 + VAT (£28,080 inc VAT). Connect starts at £23,370 + VAT (£28,044 inc VAT). Therma is priced on a written quotation for your garden.
How to choose your outdoor sauna
1. Sauna only, or the full suite? Choose Lifestyle if the house is close and you are happy to shower indoors. Choose Connect if you want the shower and changing room next to the heat, so nobody crosses the garden in a towel in January.
2. Who sits on the bench? Size for the number of people who will use it together on an ordinary evening, not the one party a year.

- Connect — the luxury sauna suite. The same construction as Lifestyle, with a shower and changing room under the same roof. UK-built. 5-year structural cover on Lifestyle and Connect.
- Therma — the mid-range outdoor sauna for smaller gardens and tighter briefs. Built to our specification in the Baltics. Sizes S, M and L; Base and Therma finishes. Quoted to your site. Two-year warranty.

How Lifestyle and Connect are built
- Walls, ceiling and floor: 200 mm thick, with 100 mm of insulation inside.
- Interior: thermo aspen.
- Exterior: thermo-spruce cladding, in Natural or Black.
- Glazing: double-glazed throughout. Connect adds a choice of clear, smoked or black glass.
- Options: Wi-Fi heater control, Bluetooth audio, ambient LED lighting and infrared panels, where they suit the layout.
- Built in the UK by Wellness One. 5-year structural cover on Lifestyle and Connect.
The result is a room that holds its temperature in a cold, wet garden and is ready to use all year.
Therma is built to our specification in the Baltics, in S, M and L, with Base and Therma finishes and a two-year warranty. We confirm heater, glazing and finish on your quotation.
Delivered, installed and commissioned by us
We survey your site and specify the base and electrical supply in writing before anything is ordered. Nothing arrives on a day the ground is not ready.
Then our team works a three-to-five-day installation programme: delivery, assembly, connection, commissioning and a demonstration of how to use it. A qualified electrician makes the final connection against the current electrical schedule for your exact model. We remove the waste and leave the site clean.
UK mainland delivery and installation are included in every published price. You need a stable, level base sized for your model, a clear access route and a qualified electrician. Read the installation guide and electrical requirements before you confirm a date.

What is the difference between Lifestyle, Connect and Therma?+
Lifestyle is the sauna on its own. Connect is a luxury sauna suite: sauna, shower and changing room under one roof. Both are built in the UK with 5-year structural cover on Lifestyle and Connect. Therma is the mid-range outdoor sauna, built to our specification in the Baltics, quoted to your site, with a two-year warranty.
How are Lifestyle and Connect saunas built?+
Lifestyle and Connect have 200 mm walls, ceiling and floor with 100 mm of insulation, a thermo aspen interior, a thermo-spruce exterior and double glazing throughout. They are designed and built by Wellness One in the UK.
Is delivery and installation included, and how long does installation take?+
Yes. UK mainland delivery and installation are included in the published price. Once the base is ready, our team completes a three-to-five-day installation programme, from delivery to commissioning. A qualified electrician makes the final connection.
Can I use an outdoor sauna through a British winter?+
Yes. Lifestyle and Connect are built for year-round use in UK gardens. The 200 mm walls, ceiling and floor with 100 mm of insulation, and double glazing throughout, keep the room at temperature in cold, wet weather.
