Lifestyle, Connect or Therma: Which Outdoor Sauna

Three jobs, not three badges. Lifestyle is a dedicated outdoor sauna. Connect is a luxury sauna suite with shower and changing in one building. Therma is mid-range — Base and Therma finishes, sizes S, M and L on quotation. Choose the room for how you use the garden, sit the actual people in the drawing, then trust the written quotation.

The honest work

An outdoor sauna is a room you sit in. Rankings and badges are lists. Matching a room to a household is the adult work: who sits most weeks, whether the session must end without walking the house in a towel, and whether you want a dedicated sauna, a luxury sauna suite, or a mid-range cabin with its own specification.

Wellness One’s three outdoor ranges:

  • Lifestyle — dedicated sauna room
  • Connect — luxury sauna suite with shower and changing
  • Therma — mid-range outdoor cabin

Walk each as a room.

Lifestyle: dedicated outdoor sauna

Lifestyle is a dedicated sauna room. That is the whole job. There is no shower built in. There is no changing room built in. You heat in the cabin, and you leave the cabin. If the path back through the house is fine for how you live, this is a real job — not a lesser one.

Occupancy, stated once:

  • Lifestyle 2 seats two
  • Lifestyle 3 seats three
  • Lifestyle 4 is for 4–6 people
  • Lifestyle 6 is for 6–8 people
  • Lifestyle 10 is for 8–10 people

If two of you sit most sessions, that is Lifestyle 2. Guests you hope for at Christmas are not occupancy. The people who actually sit, most sessions, are occupancy. A larger photograph is a different number of bodies, not a more serious sauna. Sit those people in the current layout before you order — door swing, heater clearances, clear bench length if anyone lies down. The drawing is still the document. More on posture and bench thinking: sauna bench positions.

Checkout floors today, calmly — not a sales table. Lifestyle 2 £17,100 + VAT (£20,520 inc VAT); Lifestyle 3 £19,600 + VAT (£23,520 inc VAT); Lifestyle 4 £23,400 + VAT (£28,080 inc VAT); Lifestyle 6 £28,620 + VAT (£34,344 inc VAT); Lifestyle 10 £40,600 + VAT (£48,720 inc VAT). Those are floors. The quotation still has to confirm what is actually on the order. Broader cost framing: outdoor sauna cost UK.

Connect: the luxury sauna suite

Connect is the luxury sauna suite — an outdoor sauna with a shower and a changing room in one building. That is the job, and that is the collection line.

A sauna session ends wet. If the path back is the kitchen floor, you will feel it every time. Connect puts the rinse and the change next to the heat, so the house can stay a house.

You are not choosing Connect because the walls are different. Construction matches Lifestyle. You are choosing it because the room is a luxury sauna suite.

Occupancy is seats in the sauna, not the shower:

  • Connect 3 seats three in the sauna
  • Connect 4 is for 4–6 people in the sauna
  • Connect 6 is for 6–8 people in the sauna
  • Connect 10 is our largest luxury sauna suite, for bigger groups

There is no Connect 2. The luxury sauna suite starts at Connect 3. Extras beyond shower and changing are confirmed on the quotation.

Checkout floors, the same way. Connect 3 from £23,370 + VAT (£28,044 inc VAT); Connect 4 with shower £27,170 + VAT (£32,604 inc VAT); Connect 6 £34,127 + VAT (£40,952.40 inc VAT); Connect 10 £45,410 + VAT (£54,492 inc VAT). Floors today. The quotation is the document.

Construction, once — Lifestyle and Connect only

Lifestyle and Connect models use 200mm wall thickness with 100mm insulation. Two hundred millimetres is the thickness of the construction. One hundred millimetres is the insulation inside it — walls, floor and ceiling, not the walls alone.

That specification is not a U-value. It is not a running-cost proof. It is not a heat-up time. It does not travel to Therma. Joints still count. Glass still counts. Frames still count. Then we leave it.

Therma: mid-range

Therma is the mid-range outdoor sauna. Mid-range is the word on the collection, and it is the job. It is a different object from Lifestyle and from Connect. Treat it as its own range.

Two finish levels: Base, and Therma. Base is a finish. Therma is a finish. Confirm which one is on the drawing. They are names, not a ladder. Three sizes: S, M and L — letters, not people-numbers. Do not translate S into a Lifestyle number. Confirm occupancy, glazing, heater and the rest on the quotation for the cabin in front of you.

Ask for Therma’s own specification in writing.

Price is quotation only. There is no Therma checkout floor on this page.

Guarantee, delivery and what the paperwork means

Lifestyle and Connect carry a five-year structural guarantee. Therma carries two years. A web page is not the guarantee. Signed terms control. Rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 sit beside them.

UK mainland delivery and installation are included unless the quotation says otherwise. If it says otherwise, believe the quotation. If a line is missing from the quotation, it is not included. Practical sequence: sauna delivery and installation. Site still needs a suitable base, a planning check that depends on the property, and a dedicated electrical circuit from the heater on the quotation.

How to choose without a scoreboard

  1. Dedicated sauna room, path through the house acceptable → Lifestyle; pick occupancy for the people who sit most weeks.
  2. Luxury sauna suite, so rinse and change stay in the garden building → Connect; pick seats in the sauna (there is no Connect 2).
  3. Mid-range cabin, Base or Therma finish, S/M/L on drawing → Therma; quotation for people and price.

Choose the job first. Then sit the actual people in the drawing. Then read every line on the written quotation.
