Mid-range buyer's roadmap

Mid-range outdoor sauna options, compared with care.

Between kit saunas and fully specified outdoor buildings sits a crowded mid-range. This page is for households comparing quality without assuming that a higher price is automatically better — or that a lower headline figure is complete.

What to verify in writing

  • Wall, floor and ceiling construction, including insulation thickness and type
  • Window and door specification, including glazing and frame material
  • Heater manufacturer, model, output and the current UK manual
  • What delivery, unloading, assembly and commissioning actually include
  • Electrical and base responsibilities
  • Guarantee length, exclusions and servicing conditions
  • VAT-inclusive price and payment stages

Lifestyle and Connect models use 200 mm-thick walls, ceiling and floor, each incorporating 100 mm of insulation. That confirmed construction statement does not apply to every outdoor sauna on the market, and it does not by itself prove running cost, heat-up time or lifespan.

Use Find your sauna if you are still choosing a path, then compare Therma and Lifestyle.
