How do I get a price for the Aquavia Pulse?+
The Aquavia Pulse is quotation only. Send us a photo of the spot and a short brief, and we come back with a drawn proposal and a price in writing. The written quotation is the price, and it confirms VAT for your site.
Is delivery and installation included?+
Delivery, installation and commissioning on the UK mainland are set out in your written quotation, so you know exactly what is included before you decide.
What electrical supply does it need?+
It depends on the exact model, its options and your site. A qualified electrician should assess your supply and work from the current electrical schedule for your exact configuration, not from a general table. Have the supply planned and in place before installation day.
Where can it go in the garden?+
It needs a stable, level base sized for the selected model, and a clear route from the road for delivery. We confirm the base and the access at survey rather than guessing from a catalogue drawing. Crane or specialist lifting is used only where the survey calls for it.
What happens after I enquire?+
We reply within 24 hours. You receive a drawn proposal and a written price, and you can take your time over it. Nothing is owed and you can stop at any point before you place an order.
Can you help me choose the right spa pool?+
Yes. Tell us roughly how many people will use it and how, send a photo of the spot, and we will recommend a model and draw it on your site. You can also call us on +44 1625 838380.
