Delivery, installation and commissioning on the UK mainland are set out in your written quotation, so you know exactly what is included before you decide.

It depends on the exact model, its options and your site. A qualified electrician should assess your supply and work from the current electrical schedule for your exact configuration, not from a general table. Have the supply planned and in place before installation day.

A swim spa is a large, heavy object, so the base and the access matter. It needs a stable, level base sized for the model, confirmed at survey, and a clear route from the road. If the route is tight, send a short phone video from the kerb to the spot. Crane or specialist lifting is used only where the survey calls for it.
